IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: DAMAGE WARRANTY

As you can imagine sometimes goods in transit can be damaged, especially ones that are regarded as Fragile such as Acrylic Products like Brochure Holders, Menu Holders and Window Display Products etc. We will replace these products if they are damaged in transit however you need to notify us of this damage within 72 Hours of receiving the products. Please check your order to make sure nothing has been damaged. If something in your order is damaged just send us an email with you Invoice/Order number notifying us and we will send out a replacement at no cost to you.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any display product you have been sold you can return the product to us for a full refund! We may want to know why you were not satisfied so we can rectify any problems that may exist with the product or our service.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Australia wide!

Our usual order delivery time is up to 5 working days for most Eastern States in Australia and 7-10 working days for other States.

There is a Surcharge of 2.5% for AMEX Credit Card orders only and for other Credit Card Surcharge 1.8% only.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Company Cheques.

Please note we only ship goods once we have confirmed funds are cleared in our account for the order. If you pay by Cheque this will take longer for the funds to clear and consequently add to the time it takes to fulfill your order.

We use GeoTrust and Eway to secure our Electronic payments. Eway is Australia's leading payment gateway provider. St George Bank processes all Cyberguide transactions.
